We shifted from older, one-off setups to standardized building blocks (think clean, reusable modules instead of tangled scripts), and we automated our deployment pipelines so that spinning up infrastructure is closer to "push a button" than "start from scratch."

We didn't just build it, we tested it. A lot. We ran thorough internal load tests, scaling up the RPM (requests per minute) steadily to simulate real-world traffic and stress-test our systems.
