Brittany’s career in the payments ecosystem spans 15 years, throughout which she has excelled at roles around corporate strategy and business development for payments and emerging markets. Before joining VGS, Brittany was an early employee at TrialPay, later acquired by Visa, where she spent nearly eight years leading strategic initiatives for fintech and crypto programs. Her work at Visa included spearheading the Fintech FastTrack program, successfully launching over 450 fintechs globally, and reducing their go-to-market time by 200%.

Since joining VGS in 2023 as the inaugural female member of the leadership team, Brittany has played a pivotal role in the realignment of the company as the world's leader in payment tokenization. Her leadership has helped fine-tune VGS’s go-to-market strategy around content, branding, advertising, events, and sponsorship. Her leadership efforts for VGS's successful strategic realignment went beyond traditional marketing to ensure alignment across sales, strategic partnerships, product, and account management.

Beyond her professional achievements, Brittany is a passionate advocate for women in the payments industry. Actively involved in the Women in Payments organization and a member of several industry associations such as NYC Fintech Women and Women in Fintech, Brittany is committed to amplifying the voices of women in payments and financial technology, actively supporting the women at VGS in their individual contributions toward organizations dedicated to amplifying female leadership in finance.

Brittany’s recognition by American Banker is a testament to her impact on the payments industry and her advocacy for the corporate support of employee membership and leadership in women-led industry associations.
