Account Updater
Real-time card updates
Automatically refresh expired and reissued cards so recurring deposits, subscriptions, and VIP billing keep clearing.
The Leader in Payment Tokenization for Gambling & Betting
With VGS, the independent token platform that sits in front of your entire payment stack, gambling platforms can:
Why gambling & betting teams choose VGS
The reasons operators come to VGS when they start looking for a vault to store and manage payment data.
Account Updater
Automatically refresh expired and reissued cards so recurring deposits, subscriptions, and VIP billing keep clearing.
Failover Paths
If one credential or payment path fails, there is another path available. You can use a VGS network token first, proxying the PAN as a failover, then, as a last resort, use a PSP token.
Network Tokens
Upgrade stored cards to network tokens for more approvals, lower fraud, and lower cost on every deposit.
PCI DSS Level 1
Store player cards in a Level 1 certified vault so your platform, logs, and support tools fall outside your annual audit.
Multi-PSP Routing
Own your card data in one vault and add, switch, or fail over between PSPs with no re-integration or re-vaulting.
Card-on-File
One-tap re-deposits and quicker withdrawals from securely stored, tokenized player credentials.
Validation & 3DS
Verify cards with AVS, CVV, and Account Name Inquiry, and run independent 3DS before you ever transact.
Card Attributes
Identify credit, debit, and prepaid cards, along with issuer country, in real time, so you can apply jurisdiction-specific deposit rules and route by BIN.
The odds you're up against
You're a high-risk merchant handling instant deposits, recurring top-ups, wallets, and a patchwork of regulators, all while staying dependent on processors you don't control. Four bets stacked against every operator:
Continuity
When cards live inside a PSP or a competitor's forwarding service, switching or adding a processor means re-integrating and re-vaulting. This puts deposits at risk.
Compliance
Cards on file, call-center IVR, front-end forms, and inbound partner APIs all drag your platform into PCI DSS scope the moment sensitive data touches them.
Churn
Expired, reissued, or device-changed cards silently fail recurring deposits, subscriptions, and VIP billing causing churn of players who never meant to leave.
Fragmentation
New jurisdictions bring new residency, licensing, and anti-fraud demands. Meeting them per-market slows every launch you want to make.
Control & business continuity
The VGS proxy sits on your own direct integrations and works through a single API call, so your connections stay yours. Compare that to routing your traffic through a PSP's forwarding service.
VGS proxy + central vault
One API call over your own direct PSP integrations with no extra hops.
Add, switch, or fail over between PSPs with no re-vaulting.
Own orchestration in house, or plug into any orchestrator you like.
One central vault for cards, wallets, KYC and bank data alike.
PSP forwarding
Extra API calls routed through the PSP's own service.
Pre-built connections only, often to that PSP's competitors.
Orchestration and routing controlled by the provider, not you.
Your data and continuity tied to a single relationship.
One integration, three jobs
Make one API request to reach every VGS credential service. Because aliases are processor-agnostic, you tokenize once and reuse everywhere.
Store, route, and optimize cards and wallets across any PSP.
Validate and enrich credentials to lift auth rates and cut fraud.
Forward KYC, bank, and player data through the same secure proxy.
Vault & proxy · core
Tokenize card data before it enters your environment. A bi-directional proxy protects inbound and outbound partner APIs; iFrame and SDK cover your front end; an IVR proxy covers call centers. Keep cards on file for one-tap re-deposits while the raw data lives only in VGS.
Solves → Cards on file without the PCI burden
Account Updater & subscriptions
Refresh expired and reissued cards through the networks with enrollment or real-time, card-level updates. Apple Pay lifecycle support keeps MPAN-based subscriptions alive even when a player changes devices so you recover revenue you'd otherwise churn to involuntary declines.
Solves → Involuntary churn on recurring top-ups
Multi-PSP routing
Aliases aren't tied to one acquirer. Send and re-send deposits to whichever PSP approves best, or fail over instantly, with no re-integration and no re-vaulting.
Solves → Processor dependence & redundancy
Network tokens
Tokens built direct to all four major networks, with card art, for higher authorization rates, lower latency, and the lowest possible cost on every deposit.
Solves → Declined and costly deposits
Account validation & enrichment
Card verification, CVV/CVC, AVS, and Account Name Inquiry confirm a card is real and held by the player. Card attributes power anti-fraud and orchestration; run 3DS independent of any single PSP.
Solves → Fraud and preventable declines
Wallet credentials
Decrypt, store, and route wallet credentials from the server side regardless of region. Cards and wallets share one payment engine, one set of routing decisions, and one path to better auth rates.
Solves → Fragmented card vs. wallet flows
How the cage works
VGS runs as a secure proxy in front of your inbound and outbound traffic. You change almost nothing in your product; the vault does the sensitive work.
Step 01
A player enters their card at your existing checkout, IVR, or partner API. The VGS proxy intercepts the sensitive fields in transit.
Step 02
VGS stores the real credential in its Level 1 vault and returns an alias. Your servers never receive the raw data.
Step 03
Your platform, database, and analytics use the alias everywhere a card used to sit so the alias is safe to store, log, and pass to partners.
Step 04
At deposit time, VGS swaps the alias back to the real credential and forwards it to whichever PSP you've routed to.
Built for regulated markets
Eliminate sensitive data from your gambling platform and carry the same descoped architecture into every market you enter. A new jurisdiction is a configuration change, not a re-architecture as VGS is officially licensed to support gaming/gambling partners in all applicable states
Sensitive fields never land in your systems, so the annual assessment covers far less of your stack.
Front end, inbound and outbound APIs, and call-center IVR are all covered by the same vault and proxy.
The vault and aliases don't change when you add a jurisdiction, PSP, or orchestrator.
Cards, wallets, and identity data sit in your central vault, not a processor's, so you're never locked in.
See how VGS can vault your player credentials, cut your PCI scope, keep recurring deposits flowing, and route across every PSP and market you operate in.
